A Review of Every Day Optimal
One of the newest CBD products on the market today is Every Day Optimal. The brand has a variety of different products. For the purposes of this review, I tried all of their products to see if they were as good as I hoped they were. My experience with these products is chronicled in the following video.

What Every Day Optimal Is
The brand claims their products are made from industrial hemp, are completely pure, and are free from heavy metals, pesticides, and contaminants. The products do not contain any THC and are safe to buy anywhere in the USA online.
They stress that their products can treat a variety of illnesses, including fibromyalgia, stress, insomnia, and anxiety, and they also have specialized products for all of these conditions. And if you’re into solid options and edibles, they have those as well.

Specialty Capsules
These kinds of pills are very good. They contain CBD oil combined with other ingredients depending on your condition.
There are currently three lines of specialty capsules:
The fibromyalgia capsules are for people who suffer from this particular illness. They include 25mg of CBD in each capsule along with 17 added minerals and vitamins to naturally boost a person’s ECS system.
The sleep aid CBD capsules have 25mg of CBD and seven vitamins that promote normal sleep – Melatonin, Passiflora, Scutellaria, Piper Methysticum, N-Acetyl-5-methoxy Tryptamine, L-Theanine, and B-Phenyl-Gamma.
Gummy CBD
The CBD gummies are standard but are also a good choice. There are no added chemicals and ingredients and they are clean and pure.
Every bottle has 30 gummies which come in several different options. These include:
1. 10mg – This dosage is good for mild anxiety and stress. This is a great choice for people who want to keep their stress levels low.
2. 15mg – This dosage treats numerous conditions and is a great substitute for oil or capsules. They can be used for insomnia, pain management, or anxiety.
3. 25mg – this is the strongest dosage of gummies and can be used for depression, extreme anxiety, fibromyalgia, arthritis, or other severe conditions.
Gum
The chewing gum is supposed to release CBD into a person’s system at a slower rate with higher absorption over a long period of time. The gum contains 10mg. If you like chewing gum, this may work for you. It just wasn’t my cup of tea.
Tinctures
Tinctures are absorbed rapidly into a person’s system. This occurs by dripping CBD oil under a person’s tongue. The tinctures can be added to drink or food but it is not as effective as dripping the oil under a person’s tongue.
Half a dropper is supposed to be one serving, so it would be best to start there first. You would only need to add more than that if you felt you needed it.
These tinctures are quite popular and are the most effective dosage methods among users of CBD. Every Day Optimal offers six different dosage options to choose from:
300mg – This dosage is best for people who are looking for relaxing, soothing effects. It’s not suitable for medical purposes, but for people who want to chill out or relieve mild stress. If you’re new to using CBD oil, this would be a great product to try.
600mg – This dosage is stronger than the 300mg dosage and is suitable for more experienced users who want something stronger to relieve their stress. An entire dropper full of this tincture may work for you if you’re an experienced user. If you’re still new to CBD, a half dropper might be best at first. You can always increase your dosage to receive the full benefits of the oil.
1000mg, 1800mg, and 2000mg – If you’re a serious user, these options are the strongest dosages available. I would only recommend these kinds of dosages if you’re dealing with severe pain, depression, or anxiety. The lower dosages are what I would recommend if you’re only looking to relax.
4000mg – This dosage kicks in pretty quickly. If you have serious symptoms such as severe pain, this option may work well.
E-Liquids
CBD can be vaped in an electronic cigarette and there are many varieties available. If you already own a vape pen, this may be yet another option that might work for you.
There are two different levels of CBD Vaping Oil – 300mg and 1000mg. For most people, 300mg should be more than enough, but if your conditions are severe, the 1000mg may work better for you.
Each bottle of e-liquid contains 60mL with pure isolate CBD which is combined together in a 70/30 VG/PG kind of split. There are three flavors you can choose from – Marshmallow Magic, Honey Melon Kush, and Strawberry Cream. This is a good selection of flavors and you can get your morning vape and CBD together.

The specialty lines for stress, fibromyalgia, anxiety, and sleep caught my attention the most. The ingredient formulas have a science behind them that appears to be fairly legitimate. These lines would be my go-to choice if I needed to take CBD for one of these acute issues.
The gummies and edibles also appeared to be fairly standard. The solid option isn’t very different from other brands that are available and they never get too strong. Other sellers have much stronger edible varieties if that is something you would prefer.
The tinctures were very good and that’s because they have many dosage varieties. The strongest dosage on the market is 4000mg which is something no other brand has experimented with before. Every Day Optimal is a good choice for strong tinctures.
The e-liquids appeared to be standard as well, but what makes them so unique are the three different flavors one can choose from. These are a good choice if you happen to find a flavor you enjoy.
It’s clear that Every Day Optimal uses high-quality CBD made from industrial hemp. Each of their products was tested and approved by a third-party lab so you would never have to worry about safety or purity. This is a brand that I would highly recommend, especially their tinctures and specialty lines.
